2. Description of Service
FedOverwatch provides AI-powered matching of federal contracting opportunities from SAM.gov to registered users based on their company profile. The Service includes daily email digests, opportunity tracking, deadline reminders, and amendment alerts.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 30 days of your first payment.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
6. Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, FedOverwatch is not responsible for errors or omissions in opportunity data sourced from SAM.gov. Always verify opportunity details directly on SAM.gov before submitting proposals.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FedOverwatch and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
FedOverwatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including loss of business opportunities.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
