Description

The requirement will provide reliable Non-classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR)-Net and Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR)-Net Microsoft SharePoint and Dynamic CRM platforms as a service to its customer base to host a variety of mission applications, collaboration, business intelligence, and workflows. To achieve the stated requirement, the contractor will operate, maintain, assimilate, and upgrade multiple SharePoint and CRM instances. The contractor will deliver J6 internal dedicated support and a customer service model to achieve activities that meets J6 and customer operational goals. The end state is to have a certified and accredited, highly available, supportable, scalable, and survivable standardized collaboration platform service that meet or exceed stated services levels. The contractor shall also examine and rationalize the existing content and customizations in the SharePoint production farms with the intent of migration to future generation environments for NIPR-Net and SIPR-Net Farms.
