This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for market research purposes in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This notice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government is not requesting proposals, quotes, or bids currently. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Field Acquisition Office (FAO), is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing Biomedical Waste Removal Services for the United States Medical Center for Federal Prisoners (USMCFP), Springfield, Missouri. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources. The information received will be utilized solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes. All information submitted in response to this notice is voluntary. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with responding to this notice. A Market Research Questionnaire will be made available on or about February 27, 2026, via the System for Award Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov.
