See attached SOLICITATION NOTICE for solicitation number 75H70126R00008 for a construction project for the Indian Health Service (IHS). The purpose of this project is to remove (2) existing water storage tanks, install electrical control wire in conduit, and install equipment for water monitoring
requirements. Project 17-N18 will replace the existing 60,000-gal tank with a new 135,000-gal bolted steel tank. After the new tank is brought online; the existing 60,000-gal tank will be removed from the site and the new tank will be enclosed by chain-link fence. Project 20-N65 will allow communication between the tank, tribal , and water treatment plant. The monitoring equipment will assist the tribe to meet
requirements of the EPA -in order to comply with the surface water treatment rule. This project will be procured as a 100% set-aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) utilizing North American Industry System (NAICS) code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
