pricing information for market research and estimated budgetary purpose for Water Storage Tank Inspection and Maintenance Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMC) in Alexandria, LA. (Engineering Services). This contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and expertise necessary to perform comprehensive inspection, testing, and maintenance of the Water Storage Tank Facility at the Alexandria VA Health Care System. All work shall comply with AWWA M42, ANSI/AWWA D102, NFPA 22, NFPA 25, and applicable Federal, State, and VA regulations. Government request that interested offerors complete all
questions below, provide required documentation, descriptive literature and authorization letter as described below. Objective: To find qualified and certified contractors with the capability to with the capability to provide the following: The contractor shall perform 5-year inspections. The Water Storage Tank Facility consists of three (3) water storage tanks and all associated components including monitoring systems, valves, controls, alarms, and appurtenances. The inspection shall occur while the tank has water; therefore, the contractor shall provide water storage tank inspection divers.
