Equipment shall be tested and certified in accordance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications. Pharmacy compound room and Biological Safety Cabinets (BSC) testing and certification shall follow the standards of United States Pharmacopeia (USP) 797, USP 800, National Sanitation Foundation/American National Standards Institute (NSF/ANSI) 49, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), National Institutes of Health/Centers for Disease Control (NIH/CDC), Department of the Army Pamphlet 385-69, Joint Commission Standards. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, travel, and equipment required to test and certify the equipment and rooms located at BACH at Fort Wainwright, Fort Greely and Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska.
