This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C24826Q0757. Submit written quotes in accordance with Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors. Oral quotes will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC_ 2026-01 / 03-13-2026. North American Industrial Standard (NAICS) 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing Contractors, with a Size Standard of 1000 Employees, applies to this procurement. This procurement is a 100% Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside and all eligible quoters are encouraged to submit quotes. To be eligible for award quoter must be Verified in the SBA Small Business Search (https://search.certifications.sba.gov) at the time of the close of the RFQ and at the time of award and also registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of the close of the RFQ and at the time of award.
