Description

This is a solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number N0040626Q0261 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Governor Diesel Engine. This acquisition is being conducted on a Brand Name basis. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of the referenced FAR clauses and provisions may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 336310 with a size standard of 1,050 employees. This procurement is being issued on an Unrestricted basis. This acquisition will be negotiated on a Brand Name basis with ISOTTA FRASCHINI MOTORI SPA pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, utilizing FAR Part 12, Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) supply contract. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the SAM.gov website and for monitoring the site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access posted documents. NAVSUP WSS Transportation is mandatory and will be provided at no cost to the contractor in accordance with the solicitation

requirements. However, if additional costs such as tariffs, duties, taxes, customs fees, or similar charges apply, such costs shall be included in the quoted line item

pricing. Please refer to the attached solicitation for detailed

requirements and specifications, applicable clauses and provisions, and shipping and invoicing instructions. Quotations are due no later than 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Quotes shall be submitted via email to the acquisition
