27712) for annual preventive maintenance (PM), verification, and calibration of: Thirteen (13) Media Preparation Units Nine (9) TEMPO Automated Systems Services shall be performed at the three FSIS Field Laboratories: Eastern Laboratory - 950 College Station Road, Athens, GA 30605 Midwestern Laboratory - 7654 Natural Bridge Road, Normandy, MO 63121 Western Laboratory - 800 Buchanan Street, Albany, CA 94710 The contract will consist of a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option years. All services must be performed in accordance with ISO 17025 standards and by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certified technicians using only OEM parts. The bioMérieux TEMPO systems and media units are proprietary equipment. Maintenance requires specialized software, diagnostic tools, and OEM-certified technical expertise available only through the manufacturer or its authorized representatives. Use of non-OEM parts or unauthorized technicians would void existing warranties and compromise the ISO 17025 accreditation essential for FSIS regulatory testing. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). However, responsible sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating their status as an OEM-authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller. Submissions must include: Company Name, Address, CAGE Code, and UEI. Evidence of OEM Authorization to service TEMPO and Media Prep systems. Confirmation of ability to provide OEM-certified technicians and parts. All responses must be submitted via email to the
