This is an AMENDED combined for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation is amended to update the date and times of site visits. The site visit has been moved to Monday, April 6, 2026. The Omaha site visit will be conducted from 10:00 am to 11:00 am CDT.
