Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). PPIRS will be used to determine vendor responsibility. Offerors are required to submit descriptive literature to show how their quotation meets the required specifications. Failure to provide this information may result in your quotation being determined technically unacceptable. If not the manufacturer proof of traceability is required.
