Description

The Department of War (DoW) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify innovative, scalable, and cost-effective approaches to rapidly improve indoor environmental conditions across DoW facilities within the Southeast Region of the United States. The DoW remains technology-agnostic and welcomes solutions incorporating a wide range of approaches to improving facility environmental performance, with a focus on air quality. This RFI seeks input from interested firms to rapidly improve the air quality, indoor environmental health, and long-term sustainment of military barracks. The Government is specifically interested in approaches capable of identifying and mitigating air quality risks, including ventilation deficiencies, airborne contaminants, humidity-related conditions, and other environmental factors affecting respiratory health, while achieving measurable, certifiable indoor air quality standards. No

questions or phone calls will be accepted concerning this RFI. All firms responding to this RFI are advised the Government will not provide or acknowledge receipt of the information received, provide feedback to firms with respect to any information submitted, or provide any follow-up information well after the deadline of this RFI.
