The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit is issuing this sources-sought notice (SSN) to identify capable Indian-owned, economic enterprises – large (IEE) or small (ISBEE) – that can provide and install a double-faced LED display sign for community information and outreach. The LED display sign will be used to inform community members of current events at the hospital and within the surrounding community. Minimum

requirements: • Double-faced LED display sign • Approximate viewing area: 4' 8 11/16" x 9' 5 3/8" • Pixel Pitch: 13.333 mm or comparable • Auto and manual dimming capability • Software compatible with content management Brand Name: Optec INF-MOD-13HB2-RGB-V-S-D with ME Pro Plus software Other capable firms are also invited to respond to this SSN. 47) opportunities first, then for set aside programs under the Small Business Act (41 U.S.C. 3104). The applicable North American Industry System (NAICS) code assigned to this requirement is 339950-Sign Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 500 employees.

A brief statement of the company’s capability that relates to the described government requirement. Additional demonstration of capability may include current and past performance history for the same or similar requirement, established contracts such as GSA or VA Schedule, etc. 3.
