We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. 25 February 2026; 10:00 am (Philippine local time) at the U. S. Embassy Manila, Chancery Compound. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact [email protected] to facilitate preparation of access clearance. Please submit name/s representatives (limit to two) no later than
23 February 2026; 12:00 noon. Access to U.S. Government properties will not be permitted without prior clearance. The pre quotation is mandatory. Acceptance of any offer is contingent upon compulsory attendance at the pre-quotation conference. Failure to attend the pre-quotation conference will result in proposal rejection. Submit any
