All interested vendors are requested to submit their best and final quotation no later than July 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Bujumbura time, for the following requirement: Domestic Water Treatment Plant (DWTP) System – PLC Supply, Installation, Programming, Integration, Testing, and Commissioning Services Vendors must provide a detailed and itemized price quotation. Lump-sum or incomplete
pricing that does not clearly identify individual components and services may not be considered during the evaluation process. Each line item should include sufficient detail for technical and price analysis. The quotation should, at a minimum, include the following categories: 1. Staff Services Technical personnel Labor costs Travel expenses Accommodation and per diem (if applicable) Engineering and programming services Testing and commissioning services 2.
