THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT - FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine availability and capability of qualified businesses. Responses to this notice will be used for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research only. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on responses and the Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received because of this announcement. We are seeking qualified sources for the potential to be added to our bidders list. Below is a brief synopsis of the work being performed. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. We are seeking qualified sources for the potential to be added to our bidders list. Below is a brief synopsis of the work being performed. This is a design-bid-build with 100% design completed. Magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,00.00. Interested general contractors shall submit their capability statement electronically, limited to five pages. The capability statement shall be sufficient in detail to allow the Government to determine the organization’s related qualifications to perform the work. THIS IS A NAF CONTRACT, FAR REGULATIONS DO NOT APPLY, AS SUCH THERE ARE NO SET-ASIDE

REQUIREMENTS. Project: Seeking General Contractor for repair and upgrade unpaved areas of RV parking lot (Modify the existing RV storage lot). Work to be performed:

1) The project is a design-build contract. The Contractor shall provide type A and B services to prepare and complete construction documents consisting of contract drawings, technical MS Word specifications edited from UFGS guide specifications issued on 4/19/06 or latest, design analysis at HOMESTEAD ARB, FLORIDA.

2) The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to install, construct, and complete the work planned in accordance with sections 2 and 3 of this Statement of Work. The project will include clearing, and grubbing of the site, filling, regrading to provide proper drainage to build up a 2.5” thick approx. 9,200 SY asphalt cement pavement area for the expanded RV Parking Lot. Project also includes, storm drainage, site improvements and landscaping. Responses shall reference this Sources Sought: RV Parking Lot and shall include the following information:  Business Name  CAGE Code 

Point of contact name, email address, and telephone and fax numbers  Business size and any/all socio-economic category(ies) for the identified NAICS code, including Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Women-Owned Small Business, and Economically Disadvantaged Women- Owned Small Business  Previous experience within the past five (5) years of projects of similar type, complexity, and magnitude  Current aggregate and individual bonding capacity General Contractors who do not send the required information, or who fail to meet the
