Amendment 0002 - Question & Answer Regarding the telehealth equipment requirement in Attachment 6 of the Pollock RFP, is it the responsibility of the awarded contractor to provide the listed Telehealth Equipment, or is it listed for information purposes regarding what equipment is currently at the Institution? The equipment listed is what the institution currently has. Amendment 0001 Closing date for receipt of proposals is extended to Jul 10, 2026 02:00 pm CDT. This is a combined for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 15BFA024R00000031is issued as a Request for proposal (RFP) for Comprehensive Medical Services.
