Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to repair 2 (two) domestic hot water (DHW) generator tanks for the building (Bldg.) 951 Camp Zama (CZ), Japan. The service shall be included followings. 1. Preliminary Study 2. Operation of DHW supply system during replacement works 3. Replace DHW generator tanks 4. Modify steam supply/return, DHW supply/return and make-up water systems to be matched as new tanks Notes: Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must have valid licenses to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Personnel Qualifications.
