This is a combined for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 6923G226Q000025 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the one-time to remove, legally dispose of, and replace existing degraded steel manhole covers associated with the petroleum Underground Storage Tank (UST) infrastructure across the USMMA campus. This replacement program will directly improve personnel safety, enhance corrosion resistance, eliminate electrical conductivity risks, and ensure long-term structural durability. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of these provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. All responsible small business sources may submit a response, which, if received in a timely manner, will be considered by the agency. A site visit is scheduled for July 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET and will begin in the lobby of Bowditch Hall. Attendance at the site visit is highly recommended. The deadline for the receipt of
