The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) (OCPO) on behalf of the (OSCM) intents to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract for BEP part number: ELP3197 - Thermoregulation Control Module, KBA P/N's L7151267 & L7155530, 8000026918, EI+EII, Plate Cylinder, Full Assembly. Used on SOI III Plate Cylinder. The intended Contractor is Koenig & Bauer Banknote Solutions SA. The Government intends to award a sole source contract utilizing a Justification and Approval in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
