The Government intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from this solicitation for the services described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The Government reserves the right to make one or more awards for this BPA from the solicitation. period of performance is 2 months from date of BPA establishment. All work shall be in accordance with applicable local, federal, and Department of War (DoW) environmental regulations. Payment will be paid by Government Purchase Card (GPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
