place of performance will be designated by the contractor. Subject to space availability and the COR’s approval,

place of performance may be at the Department of Homeland Security at the U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, 2703 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave SE, Washington, D.C. 20593-7430. The Government contemplates award of one (1) time and materials labor-hour contract with fixed hourly rates; however, the Government reserves the right to make no award at all. The

period of performance (POP) includes a base period and one (1) 12-month option period. The estimated
