Evaluation: Factor 2 – Relevant Experience It is highly desirable that offerors include relavent experience related to the SOW. The information provided in the Relevant Experience submission must be sufficiently detailed so that the Government can determine whether the project(s) demonstrate relevant experience of similar scope, size, and complexity of this acquisition. Evaluation: Factor 3 – Price The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s price quote for completeness, accuracy, compliance, and to determine price reasonableness. Basis of Award: This procurement is being conducted pursuant to FAR 26.2 as a local area small business set-aside. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price task order to the Offeror whose quote represents the best value to the Government.
