BACKGROUND The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications to perform the following work. The existing building 246 elevator requires complete demolition and replacement to include all associated mechanical room equipment. This acquisition will require a general contractor with experience and expertise capable of fully managing this requirement, which will may require construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors in a wide variety of construction trades.

ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $22M. The is Z1PZ – Maintenance of Other Non-Building Facilities. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement.
