Description

This pre-solicitation is to provide notice of a upcoming requirement to renovate the interior of B1832 in accordance with the project Statement of Work. This requirement is for a construction contract for the renovation of B1832. Contractor shall be responsible for providing all materials and labor for the identified work. Work shall occur in areas within B1832 as identified within this SOW and on the attached drawings. The SOW is subject to changes/update by time of solicitation post. The Government will not direct or control the Contractor construction means and methods but will evaluate approach based on compliance with the

objectives and acceptance criteria defined herein. The Government reserves the right to cancel this pre-solicitation and any subsequent solicitation, either before or after a posted closing date. In the event the Government cancels this pre-solicitation and any subsequent solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
