Synopsis & Core Requirement The Government seeks prototype solutions for a Biological Containment Isolation System (BCIS) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. § 4022, Other Transaction Authority (OTA). The

objective is to acquire a modular, field-installable kit to convert the existing USAF TMT60 positive-pressure tent shelter into a negative-pressure, multi-patient isolation system for managing patients with High Consequence Infectious Diseases (HCID). At a minimum, proposed solutions must be able to meet the following critical threshold
