W9127826RA017 – TWO PHASE DESIGN-BUILD INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACTS (MATOC) IN SUPPORT OF THE DEFENSE HEALTH AGENCY (DHA) PROGRAM, WESTERN REGION. THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS WITH A SMALL BUSINESS RESERVE THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 236220. This project will be a Firm-Fixed-Price MATOC to provide design-build, and repair in support of DHA Medical Facilities in the Western Region of the United States of America. The Mobile Regional Contracting Center proposes to utilize a diverse mix of contractors via Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOCs). A detailed project description and overall project performance

requirements will be included in the solicitation package. The intent of the design-build contracts are to provide quick response for performing repair and minor construction relating, but not limited, to the architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, security and safety areas of military healthcare and research laboratory facilities in a cost-effective manner. The following are the places of performance for the subject requirement: Western Region – Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming. Western Region IDIQ MATOC - $249,000,000.00 capacity. There will be a site visit and pre-proposal conference during Phase Two. The site visit information will be included in the Phase Two solicitation (amendment) package. Seed Project Information, to include site and magnitude of construction, will be included with the Phase Two amendment.
