B. Downs boulevard, Tampa, Florida as required by the drawings and specifications included in this acquisition package. The

scope of work includes asbestos abatement and the replacement of flooring, ceilings, doors, hardware, light fixtures, crash rails, handrails, drinking fountains and miscellaneous elements that are directly related to the hallways. This work shall include but not be limited to architectural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and abatement. AS REQUIRED BY DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS (See attached SOW) The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45M. The VAAR 836.204 magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
