N0016426R3101. The Program Executive (PEO Ships) Amphibious Assault and Connectors Program Office (PMS

317) requires a well-integrated and coordinated Contractor Support team to assist the program /Platforms needs under the cognizance of PMS 317 for the Navy and Marine Corps. The Contractor shall provide forward-thinking, innovative, and analytical professional support services expertise in the areas of Engineering and Program Management for the following

task areas: Test and Evaluation Program Support, Technical Management Support, Ship Design Management (SDM) Support, Acquisition and Life Cycle Management (LCM) Support, and Post-Delivery Test and Trials Support. PMS 317 programs are in various stages of the acquisition process, including Pre-Systems Acquisition (Concept and Technology Development Phase), Systems Acquisition (System Development and Demonstration Phase and Production and Deployment Phase), and Sustainment (Operations and Support Phase).
