Description

The United States Army Contracting Command-Rock Island requests a proposal for the energetic subcomponents of the M82 Simulant Screening Grenade in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal, in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 15)-Contracting by Negotiation. This solicitation is expected to result in a five (5) year, Firm Fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the offeror whose propose is responsible and adheres to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation with the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal.
