requirements. The Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) has a requirement to secure an annual maintenance agreement (Carl Zeiss Care Complete Package or equivalent) to provide certified annual calibration, a Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA), and emergency parts repair services. The Fleet Readiness Center requires continued software maintenance and hardware calibration for the ZEISS Prismo Ultra CMM and its associated CALYPSO software. This system is an integral part of the organization's quality assurance environment, providing essential capabilities for precise 3D coordinate measuring. For this reason, the government intends to procure these products on a sole source basis from Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions, LLC. (CAGE Code: 9DRR4).
