Dentrix Enterprise Dental Software Services for Zuni Health Center

A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT: The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office (AAO), intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract to Henry Schein Inc. (UEI: YEGDA6XVFCN3) for Dentrix Enterprise dental software services, including licensing, maintenance, updates, and technical support, for Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center (ZCCHC), Zuni, New Mexico. This acquisition is conducted under FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), Only One Responsible Source. Henry Schein Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the sole source provider for the required services. The services are directly related to the support of Dentrix Enterprise (DXE) software, which is developed and owned by Henry Schein Inc., and for which the company retains exclusive proprietary rights. As such, no other vendor is authorized or capable of providing the required software licensing and support services without unacceptable disruption to existing operations. The anticipated

period of performance includes a base period from March 01, 2026, through February 28, 2027, with four (4) option periods through February 28, 2031. The
