Scope of Work (summarized): See Attachment 003 Statement of Work and Specifications for specific details not included under this paragraph. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete road MAINTENANCE services AND road CONSTRUCTION services on National Forest roads within the Kisatchie National Forest, in accordance with this performance work statement (PWS), exhibits, and industry standards. Requirements Contracts as best meets the needs of the Government based on the lowest priced bid that is responsive / responsible.
