The Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) is procuring Oral Proficiency Testing and Reporting Services for its student and DoD linguist testing programs. The contractor will provide test administration, proctoring, oral proficiency interviews, web-based test scheduling, and program management.
The contractor will support the DLIFLC's testing programs by providing various testing and scheduling services.
The Purpose of this Admendment is to provide answers. This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide support of The Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) student and DoD linguist testing programs. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor will be required to provide Test Administration/Proctoring, Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) and Web-Based Test Scheduling and Program Management and OPI Facilitation units.
