This is a combined for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA301626R0032 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a non-personal services requirement. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform the demolition of one (1) building (B2652, Harlequin Theater) located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston. This acquisition is set aside 100% for HUBZone small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
