in the draft ARCTICS II Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached. Please note, this is a draft PWS and is subject to change throughout acquisition planning. The projected service start date is on/about January 2029. The Government seeks industry comments in regards to the PWS. The responses/feedback received in response to this notice will be used to identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition strategy to include feasibility of the requirement, commerciality, and industry standards.
