Description

This is a combined for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items or Services”, and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation number is 205AE9-26-Q-00010 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The IRS seeks contractor support to upgrade data cabling to comply with industry standards at IRS Building PR4001, Puerto Rico. This project involves comprehensive cable plant planning and design review, the selection and procurement of components, development of installation designs and specifications, the preparation of accurate cost estimates for all project phases, the development of phased project scheduling to ensure minimal disruption, the installation of CAT 6A structured cabling systems, network racks refresh, and the execution of detailed testing and documentation of all installed systems. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror with the lowest evaluated price who can meet all the

requirements included in the Statement of Work (SOW). This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. Sources who believe they can provide the products/services included in the Statement of Work (SOW) shall submit a price quote via email to Nakia Barriteau, the Contracting Specialist for this requirement, at [email protected] no later than Thursday, 12:00 PM Eastern,5 March 2026.
