contracting officer to be extended to the new proposal due date of 7/7/2026 @ 09:00 am EST. Attached is the added Attachment 10 – Barge Drawings which will be added to the solicitation. The

questions submitted by vendors who attended the site visit are in progress to being addressed and will also be posted at a later point to the SAM.gov notice. All option line items, 1001, 1003, 2001, 2003, 3001, 3003, 4001 and 4003 have been removed from the solicitation and are not to be quoted. Exhibits C, D, E and F will be removed from the solicitation as well. A future update will be provided when the amendment is able to be posted to the notice and further alterations to the solicitation shall be made.
