Project Description: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District requires clamshell maintenance dredging of the Everett Harbor and Snohomish River Federal navigation channel in Everett, WA. The volume of sediment to be dredged from the Lower Settling Basin is approximately 250,000 Cubic Yards (CY) with placement at Port Gardner open water disposal site. Dredging would occur within the in-water construction work window of
