Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Gabon will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The purpose of this fixed price contract is to obtain Preventive maintenance of Wastewater Collection and Treatment System services for the U.S. Government at Libreville. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. It also includes an option to extend for an additional six months, per FAR 52.217-8. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with economic price adjustment. Advance payment are not authorized. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database SAM.gov | Home at the time of quote submission. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsd-gov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021). Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer prior to the response date and time.
