Certificate of Insurance (COI): Vendors must provide a current COI to perform moving services (see attachment). Protection of Property: Common area walls and lobby floors must be protected during the move. Move Timing: Moves must occur after 4:00 PM Monday-Friday, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday. Door Handling: Do not prop doors open, as this may trigger alarms or damage ADA automatic door sensors. Coordination: Vendors must coordinate with the lessor regarding mover arrival times to assist with other tenants and blocking parking spaces if needed.
