A NIST assessment score (cyber security) to be posted on PIEE is required. Quotes will only be accepted by the OEM or OEM-authorized distributors. Award will NOT be delayed pending additional authorizations from the OEM. The government reserves the right to amend this solicitation further at any time, including, but not limited to, extending the solicitation period, adding evaluation factors or changes to the rank order of evaluation factors or other changes to terms and conditions. Award will only occur if a fair and reasonable quote is received. \ This solicitation is hereby exended to the date/time stated elsewhere onthis amendment. \ The RFQ is hereby extended to the due date/time stated elsewhere on the solicitation. The requirement is updated with the following evaluation factors and in the ranked order of priority as listed below: (A) Price (B) Past performance (C) Delivery DFARS 252.225-7021 Alt II Trade Agreements applies to this requirement andcompliance will be required. Mil-specification packaging is required. A NIST (cyber security) assessent score posted on PIEE is required for award. The government reserves the right to amend this solicitation at any time, including, but not limited to, modifying the T&Cs, changing the evaluationfactors and/or rank order, extending the solicitation or shortening the solicitation period, canceling the solicitation and/or issuing an entirely newsolicitation. The government reserves the right not to make any award fromthis solicitation. \ Accelerated delivery is encouraged and accepted before the delivery date(s) listed in the schedule. ^^ This spare requirement is utilizing Emergency Acquisition FlexibilitiesProcedures (EAF). NIST Assessment Score (cyber security) posted on PIEE is required for award.

C. All freight is FOB Origin.

D. This RFQ is for a BUY/Procurement. The resultant award of thissolicitation will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's writtenacceptance prior to execution. Verify nomenclature, part number, and NSN priorto responding.
