THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a sole source purchase order in accordance with (IAW) FAR Subpart 12.2 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order for lease of space and support services to the Jacob K. Javits Center dba New York Convention Center Operating Corporation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated

period of performance will be for 17 days. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Address
