Funds are NOT presently available for this effort The work performed under this contract will consist of Architect and Engineer (A&E) 35% design services for March ARB to involve a comprehensive evaluation and planning effort for the installation's airfield pavements. The initiative will begin with updating the existing pavement network and dividing it into distinct branches and sections. The Service Provider shall furnish the personnel, services, equipment, materials, facilities, and other

requirements necessary for, and incidental to, the performance of work identified in the Statement of Work. This acquisition will be conducted as a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) utilizing FAR Part 36 procedures for selection of firms for architect-engineer contracts. The size standard is $25.5 Million.
