E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) located in Houston; Texas has a requirement for yoga instruction services IAW attached Draft SOW. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for the North American Industry System (NAICS) code is 611699 All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction with a size standard of $16.5M. Product Supply Code (PSC) U099 Education/Training - Other. The anticipated type of contract shall be a Single Award, Firm Fixed Price, Base plus 4 option Years. 3. Responses Requested: The following
