The Department of Veterans Affairs has a preference for domestically manufactured content ALL COMPONENTS NEED TO BE COMPATIBLE WITH EXISTING SYSTEM Sources Sought All components need to be compatible with the existing Kidde Global Solutions (formerly Edwards) EST3 platform. The project includes the replacement of all fire alarm system components associated with 18 control panels and 23 remote annunciators. The scope further includes reworking and reconnecting fiber optic cables across 18 fiber cabinets; completing all necessary programming, testing, and commissioning of new devices; and ensuring full system functionality, including code print-out capabilities. The upgraded system must comply with NFPA 72, 2025 VA Edition, and must eliminate all existing ground faults.
