Its primary purpose is to determine the range of targets on the battlefield under various conditions, including the presence of man-made or natural obscurants. In addition to rangefinding, the ELRF projects a visible, collimated reticle into the GPS to provide an aim point for the tank's weapon systems. The Government does not have drawings for this item that are suitable for competitive procurement. The TDP is fully defined, but the government does not have full data rights. This survey is published in compliance with FAR Part 10, Market Research. The purpose of this survey is to canvas the industry for any possible other sources.
