Pricing. Counties Being Considered: waterfront or bayfront San Diego, waterfront Oceanside, waterfront Carlsbad, in San Diego County. Waterfront San Clemente in Orange County. Property must have a rating of 4 stars or better from Michelin, Hotels.Com or TripAdvisor.Com. Quotes must be emailed to [email protected] by 4:00pm, Friday, July 24, 2026, local time. Submit a technical proposal describing your approach and project management in accordance with the attached statement of work. Use the attached quote sheet for a price quotation, broken down by task, with any supporting documentation for the price attached. Site surveys may be conducted prior to award to ensure the facility meets event
requirements. The USDC will not accept proposals from any Brokers. All responses must be direct from Hotel Management. All responses must be submitted using the quote sheet on Page 8.
