This is a combined for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.2 and Subpart 13.1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is a U.S. Government corporation that works with developing countries to promote sustainable economic growth to reduce poverty. Since its establishment in 2004, MCC has deployed more than $17.2 billion in development grants through compact and threshold programs across 40+ countries.
