PROCUREMENT TITLE: bkSpecto Ultrasound & Transducer Service Agreement INTENT TO AWARD: The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCO 19), 6162 S. Willow Drive, Greenwood Village, CO 80111, intends to award one (1) task order on a sole source basis, to BK Medical Holding Company, Inc, for bkSpecto ultrasound and transducer service agreement.

BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION: The Salt Lake City Healthcare System (SLCHCS) located at 500 Foothill Blvd Salt Lake City, UT 84148 has a need for continued preventative maintenance, parts, labor, replacement, and loaner service for the bkSpecto ultrasound system, all associated transducers and peripherals currently located at the SLCHCS. NAICS: 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. $34 Million PSC: J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies. AUTHORITY: This procurement will be issued under the authority of RFO Part 16.5 Indefinite-Delivery Contracts. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the

Contracting Officer. INTERESTED PARTIES: THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement as described in the attached Salient Characteristics no later than 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Friday, July 16th, 2026. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice.
